What we test
Can the wholesale price cover landed cost, freight, allowances, and promotions? Does your sales history support the assortment you plan to pitch? Who owns item setup, routing, and replenishment? When will you need to pay for inventory, and when do you expect to collect?
What you leave with
A go, fix, or wait recommendation for the decision in front of you. The written plan identifies the gaps to address first. Retail placement is outside the scope of the engagement.
